It  ain’t the Chicken of the sea for me
Debris is in the Sea

‘The Ocean is Angry’

Eating crab, lobster or shrimp is like eating a Giant roach  

They are cousins

Scientist tell us, overfishing is destroying the Ocean!

God sent him to tell me the following;
‘The ocean is Angry’ the African King said to me

I will just leave this here for Thee 
As for me, nothing from the Sea

No seafood at all, in Jesus name, John, Peter, Paul and them all

I GROW for Tomorrow, to Let them know

Protein can come from a lot of sources, not just meat and fish

If you can’t cut it out, cut it down 
Preservatives in meat cause cancer

Overfishing is destroying the Ocean, 
it’s’ ecosystem thrown off

Once the sharks go, We go, I was told

Greatness Reached over Oppression through Wisdom 

When we know better, we Do better,
It was a Journey for me to stop eating seafood

I haven’t had pork in almost 3 years, just as I remember how pork tasted, I will remember how Seafood tasted

Meat is dwindling from my life
I very rarely eat beef or chicken

I eat healthy, I cheat a lil bit on the health tip, with sugary stuff 

As I drink lots of water, I find myself
Declining on the Sugar

The Queen had me taste the coffee without sugar today

It was delicious still

Sugar free me?
That’s a whole ‘nother Journey

We’ll see
